Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our Woodinville, Washington HQ. Orders are processed within 24 hours (business workdays) of purchase. Orders made during weekends are processed the following business workdays. Orders may be subject to delays during holidays, sales periods, weather changes, and other unforeseen events.
- Standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for US and North America deliveries. Options are available for expedited shipping at checkout.
- International standard shipping takes approximately 7- 14 business days for deliveries. Options are available for international expedited shipping at checkout.
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $100, and free standard international shipping on all orders over $250.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes incurred. In the case a package is refused, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us and attempt to have the it re-delivered.
Packages will be delayed and may subject to cancellation if billing and addresses are provided in a language other than English.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
POPPY MAE is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments that are marked delivered by the carrier and shipped to the address per your order confirmation.
We do offer the option for you to add package protection to your order at checkout. If an order has not purchased package insurance, and is marked as delivered by the delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund or send out the order again.
Please double check your address before submitting the order or add package protection to insure against lost or stolen packages.
