We are confident Poppy Mae jewelry will bring you inspiration and joy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the unworn item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase or order delivery date for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. The item(s) must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization code. All refunds will be credited back for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, any custom fees incurred, except in the case of incorrect shipment.
Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once we received the returned item(s) , we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all the costs on the return item(s). However, Poppy Mae will pay for any exchange postages exchanged back to the customer.
Refund Exclusions
- We do not accept returns for earrings, for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.
- We do not accept returns on sales or final sales items.
If returning an order that included a gift with purchase, please include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).
Return Instructions
To return an item, please contact us to initiate a return and we will respond with instructions within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number for you.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
POPPY MAE is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments that are marked delivered by the carrier and shipped to the address per your order confirmation.
We do offer the option for you to add package protection to your order at checkout. If an order has not purchased package insurance, and is marked as delivered by the delivery carrier and it was shipped correctly to the address stated per the order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund or send out the order again.
Please double check your address before submitting the order or add package protection to insure against lost or stolen packages.
